The Harbinger Multi-Gym Pro is a portable gym system that be used as doorway pullup bars as well as for sit-ups, pushups and dips. The Multi-Gym Pro targets arms, chest, core and back muscles with workouts that ensure maximum muscle engagement. It features padded handles that allow for 4 grip positions to perform normal grip, close grip, wide grip and hammer grip pullups. The 300lb. weight capacity makes it safe to use with a weight vest. Placed on the floor, the Multi-Gym Pro can be used for sit-ups, pushups, and dips; padded handles provide comfort and help to ensure correct form. It also has a patented door frame guard using a unique flat design with thick foam pads to help protect doorframes. Unhelpful instructions. Hand grips are impossible to secure. A waste of my money.
My son bought this and the plastic that holds it to the door broke. Lasted less than a month. He only weights 115lbs so I would definitely not recommend for a Adult. Rated one star because there was no lower option.
So, thought the same that screws are too short. Flip crossbar so larger holes are on bottom, then insert the allen nut. Next, thread screws thru as in guide and assemble. Note, the screws are not long enough to go thru hand bar and crossbar, must insert nut into crossbar as stated. Cheers
Just wanted to leave a note here. I also thought that the screws were too short. The instructions were not helpful at all. I ended up turning the bar left to right so the allen bolt fit into a different spot, and then by looking at the photo on this web site, I was able to figure out how the screw fit in. The bar is nice and sturdy in the doorway.
Everyone complains about the screws (which I struggled with as well) but I got them in. It was definitely user error
