The Harbinger 4" nylon belt offers the best all around support for lifting while adjusting to the lifter's body. It doesn't have to be "broken in", and, no matter how short (or how short the space between hips and lower ribs) the lifter is, it doesn't cause any discomfort or damage to the ribs and hips, as is frequently the case with tough, thick leather belts. The velcro covers a wide enough area to secure the belt in place and it won't come off, no matter how heavy the lift is.
This belt is perfect for my body type. I'm 5'6", 30" W and it fits me perfectly. Light and sturdy.

I love this belt. It fits nice and snug. I’ve always used Harbinger’s gloves During my workouts for years now. Had to try this belt out from loyalty alone. It holds up well during my workouts. Comfortable feel while wearing. Nylon material looks strong and sturdy. Like the black base color with the red Harbinger emblem.
